  I wish I could give them zero stars. We paid for carpet from the actual manager in the carpet dept. and were told it was in stock and we could pick it up any time, went in 3 days later to get it since our carpet installer was coming that day, and we were told they didn't have our order and never did despite the fact that we paid for it. Its been a week and our living room is still empty and our carpet has still not come in and is now on back order and may take an extra month to get here. I would never ever order carpet from them again. To top it all off the manager said he can't do anything about it and hung up on me when I told him thanks for nothing. Worthless. We have no choice but to wait because that is the only store that has the same carpet as our bedrooms otherwise we would have went elsewhere. Just a side note, on the Better Business Bureau website they have a "F" rating...I see why.
