  If you have insurance, make sure you know what your plan covers because if not they will overcharge you. They overcharged me by $100 and I had to find out what the problem was myself. No one showed me any frames, nor did they make recommendations on what frame would be best for my face. I looked around their showroom for over 40 minutes to finally find a frame that fit my personality and when I was complete is when an assosciate came over and asked if they could help me.
  The actual eye doctor was fine, just not very personable- my previous eye doctor at least introduced himself to me before we got started. He did do a very good job at explaining what tests he was performing on me before he did it though.
